We are an small organisation, which means the happiness of customers and astists, and off course the quality of the products come on the first place!

Production
Depending on the item, the production of the product can take up to 3 weeks.
Not-custom made products are need 1 week, when not in stock and still on sale. Custom made products take 2 or 3 weeks to be created.

Package
Packaging is as environment friendly as possible!
This happens the day of the order, when in stock, or de the day of the arrival.

Shipping
The shipping can take 5 days till 2 weeks, depending on the region you are living in.

"En total"
The time of production + the time of shipping = the total time your package is on the way.

Second-hand
When you want to sell something second-hand, please send us a message via our contact page.

Returns
Since the COVID19 crisis, we do not take returns from the e-shop.
Custom made items and second-hand products can never be returned!
