The terms and conditions for bookings

The terms and conditions of bookings are to be made in advance of the starting moment of the event/booking session and must be on paper/written down and signed. When not discussed specifically or not written down, general pricing will be applied.

Policy at the check-in

The available papers need do be signed at the check-in of merch. Only then we handle the merch. If the papers are not singed, also when terms and conditions are not agreed upon, there will be no merch service.

Policy at the check-out and claim of earnings

The way of claim of earnings is also discussed in advance, needs te be written down on paper and needs to be signed. When cash payment is given at the moment of check-out, there needs to be a signature as well the merch will be checked out simultaneously.

The terms and conditions for payment

Payment can have an part in advance but is not necessary since all will be written down in advance.

Payment can be in cash or via bank transfer or digital payment. In case of cash payment, a bill or note will be given. In case of transfer or digital payment, an invoice will be given or send via email.

Overdue of the payment date will result in a reminder within two weeks and the person/company/organisation responsible will be in default. If still overdue, there will be a price surcharge of 20%, along with a new payment date. If then the payment is still not made, this will become a legal issue and then we will contact a competent agency/authority.

Cancellation of a booking

The cancellation of a booking is possible until 2 weeks before the start of the event. If not, there will be a charge of 15% of the agreed payment. If no fixed price is discussed, a payment of at least 140 euro is charged.

Exceptions are made when bands have the merch service offered at a festival where CFE works with a central merch stand.
