With years of experience, creating a comfortable space for the artists and for the fans, has become a habitude. We take away the issues and worries that can occure during your event.

 

Live events; How does it work?

Here is a list of what we do when we help you out at live events. At Chaos For Eternity, when we assist with the merchandise, there is a sequence we always follow;

*We have a check-in and check-out policy where we make sure every item you want to sell is brought in. Then we discuss prices and give-away items and we discuss paying methods.

*We take full inventory of all the items that are in our care. After that we set up a nice looking merch table. We make sure there is effiency for both the fans and the merchandisers.

*We help selling the merchandise (of course!) with easy and fluent paying methods. Also there is a tracking system used, so people can change sizes if they would like to and this way no mistakes can be made.

*After the selling part, we do a check-out inventory, we calculate the numbers of sold items and the amount earned.

*We give the merch back in the care of the artist/band or the management, we make sure you don't forget anything and then you get paid correctly.
